Hello Suz, No its not traditional as I suppose one would have to be born into the language to truly understand traditional Haiku and as I am not I chose the next best thing by researching "free form haiku" online. I guess I should add "freeform" on my title. Since my teen years I have always loved "Basho" for his "aha moments" that I could relate to.
